Method
- 1Coat tofu in cornflour + splash of soy, shallow-fry till cook until crunchy.
- 2Heat oil, fry garlic and slit chillies.
- 3Add cubed onion and capsicum, toss on high heat.
- 4Pour in soy, green chilli sauce, vinegar; toss 30 sec.
- 5Add fried tofu, coat well, finish with spring onions.
- 6Serve hot as appetiser.
