Method

  1. 1Coat tofu in cornflour + splash of soy, shallow-fry till cook until crunchy.
  2. 2Heat oil, fry garlic and slit chillies.
  3. 3Add cubed onion and capsicum, toss on high heat.
  4. 4Pour in soy, green chilli sauce, vinegar; toss 30 sec.
  5. 5Add fried tofu, coat well, finish with spring onions.
  6. 6Serve hot as appetiser.
