Method
- 1Bake corn tortillas 200C 6 min till cook until crunchy tostadas (or use store-bought shells).
- 2Spread 2 tbsp refried beans on each.
- 3Top with lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
- 4Scatter jalapeños + coriander + sprinkle chipotle.
- 5Lime wedges.
- 6Eat carefully — they break easily but in the best way.
