Method

  1. 1Bake corn tortillas 200C 6 min till cook until crunchy tostadas (or use store-bought shells).
  2. 2Spread 2 tbsp refried beans on each.
  3. 3Top with lettuce, salsa, guacamole, sour cream.
  4. 4Scatter jalapeños + coriander + sprinkle chipotle.
  5. 5Lime wedges.
  6. 6Eat carefully — they break easily but in the best way.
