Method
- 1Heat oil, fry onion till translucent; add garlic 30 sec.
- 2Add cumin, paprika, chipotle, chilli; pop 10 sec.
- 3Tip in beans + 1/4 cup water; cook 5 min, mash half for body.
- 4Warm tortillas on direct flame 15 sec each side.
- 5Fill each with beans, jalapeño, tomato, coriander.
- 6Squeeze lime; serve immediately.
