- 2Beat vegan mayo + half the lime + chipotle + paprika.
- 3Brush sauce all over hot corn.
- 4Sprinkle vegan parmesan, salt, coriander.
- 5Cut more lime wedges for the table.
- 6Eat by hand while still warm.
