Method
- 1Marinate chicken in 1 tbsp oil + paprika + cumin + chipotle + garlic + salt 15 min.
- 2Heat skillet smoking hot, add 1 tbsp oil.

- 4Push to side; add peppers + onions; toss 4 min till charred.
- 5Combine; squeeze lime.
- 6Serve popping with warm tortillas, salsa, sour cream, coriander.
