Method
- 1Bring 4 cups water + hibiscus + ginger + cinnamon to a boil.
- 2Off heat, steep 15 min till deep ruby.
- 3Pour through a sieve; stir in remaining 4 cups cold water, sugar, salt, lime.
- 4Chill 1 hr.
- 5Serve over ice with lime wheel.
- 6Tangy, floral, deep red — Mexican summer classic.
