Method

  1. 1Hang curd in muslin cloth in fridge 4 hr to drain whey; you want hung curd dense like cream cheese.
  2. 2Bloom saffron in warm milk.
  3. 3Beat hung curd + sugar + cardamom + saffron-milk till silky smooth.
  4. 4Adjust sugar to taste.
  5. 5Chill 30 min in fridge.
  6. 6Top with nuts; serve cold with hot poori.

About this recipe

Use coconut yoghurt + oil instead of ghee/curd to make vegan.
