Method
- 1Roast tomatoes, onion, garlic with olive oil at 200C for 20 min.
- 2Tip into pot, add stock, salt, sugar.
- 3Gently bubble 5 min.
- 4Blend smooth with most of the basil.
- 5Adjust seasoning, pepper.
- 6Drizzle olive oil and basil leaves on top.
