Method
- 1Season chicken, pan-brown quickly in olive oil till golden.
- 2Put aside; fry garlic and sun-dried tomatoes.
- 3Pour cream + herbs + chilli flakes, gently bubble 3 min.
- 4Stir in parmesan, wilt spinach.
- 5Return chicken, gently bubble 5 min in sauce.
- 6Serve over pasta or with bread.
