Method

  1. 1Brown quickly chicken thighs skin-side in oil, put aside.
  2. 2Fry onion + garlic in fat, add orzo, toast 1 min.
  3. 3Pour stock, lemon, rosemary; gently bubble 5 min.
  4. 4Nestle chicken on top, bake 200C for 22 min.
  5. 5Stir in parmesan and lemon zest.
  6. 6Rest 5 min before serving.
