Method
- 1Dredge chicken in seasoned flour.
- 2Pan-fry in oil + butter till golden both sides.
- 3Remove chicken, add wine to splash liquid in.
- 4Add stock, lemon juice, capers, gently bubble 2 min.
- 5Swirl in butter, return chicken to coat.
- 6Parsley over and serve.
