Method
- 1Brown chicken thighs skin-side in oil, put aside.
- 2Fry onion and peppers in same pot.
- 3Garlic 30 sec, pour wine, cook down.
- 4Add tomatoes, stock, rosemary, olives.
- 5Return chicken, cover, slow-cook in liquid 35 min.
- 6Spoon off the top oil, taste, serve with bread.
