Method
- 1Onion-carrot-celery cooked in oil: onion, carrot, celery in oil 8 min.
- 2Brown ground chicken till broken up.
- 3Pour wine, cook down; add tomatoes, stock, milk.
- 4Gently bubble 30 min, low.
- 5Cook pappardelle, toss with sauce + pasta water.
- 6Shower parmesan and serve.
