Method
- 1Beat yogurt/cream, ginger-garlic, tandoori masala, chilli powder, kasuri methi, roasted besan, mustard oil, lemon and salt.
- 2Toss tofu + veg cubes in marinade; rest 25 minutes.
- 3Thread on skewers (or spread on a lined tray).
- 4Bake at 230C for 14 minutes flipping once till the edges char.
- 5Brush with extra mustard oil for sheen.
- 6Dust chaat masala while hot, scatter coriander — vegan paneer tikka.
