Method

  1. 1Beat yogurt/cream, ginger-garlic, tandoori masala, chilli powder, kasuri methi, roasted besan, mustard oil, lemon and salt.
  2. 2Toss tofu + veg cubes in marinade; rest 25 minutes.
  3. 3Thread on skewers (or spread on a lined tray).
  4. 4Bake at 230C for 14 minutes flipping once till the edges char.
  5. 5Brush with extra mustard oil for sheen.
  6. 6Dust chaat masala while hot, scatter coriander — vegan paneer tikka.
