Method

  1. 1Heat oven to 180C; line a loaf tin.
  2. 2Beat bananas, almond butter, maple, flax egg, oat milk and vanilla till smooth.
  3. 3Mix dry: flour, ground oats, protein powder, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
  4. 4Fold dry into wet; don't overmix.
  5. 5Stir in chocolate chips and walnuts.
  6. 6Pour into tin, bake 45 minutes till a skewer comes out with moist crumbs; cool 15 minutes before slicing.
