Method

  1. 1Heat oven to 230C; beat flour, plant milk, garlic powder, paprika and salt into a thick batter.
  2. 2Dip cauliflower florets, shake off excess, place on a lined tray.
  3. 3Bake 22 minutes flipping once till deeply golden.
  4. 4Beat hot sauce, melted butter, maple and vinegar.
  5. 5Brush wings with the sauce, return to oven 8 minutes till sticky.
  6. 6Beat yogurt with blue cheese; serve with celery sticks — buffalo-style without deep-frying.
