Method
- 1Heat oven to 230C; beat flour, plant milk, garlic powder, paprika and salt into a thick batter.
- 2Dip cauliflower florets, shake off excess, place on a lined tray.
- 3Bake 22 minutes flipping once till deeply golden.
- 4Beat hot sauce, melted butter, maple and vinegar.
- 5Brush wings with the sauce, return to oven 8 minutes till sticky.
- 6Beat yogurt with blue cheese; serve with celery sticks — buffalo-style without deep-frying.
