Method

  1. 1Combine oats, milk, yogurt, grated apple (toss with lemon to prevent browning), raisins, cinnamon, salt and honey in a jar.
  2. 2Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. 3Next morning, the oats are creamy and tender — loosen with a splash more milk if too thick.
  4. 4Toast almonds briefly in a dry pan to deepen flavour.
  5. 5Spoon muesli into bowls, top with toasted almonds and fresh berries.
  6. 6Drizzle a thread of honey across; eat cold.
