Method

  1. 1Roast wheat flour in ghee on low for 10 min until deeply golden and nutty.
  2. 2In a separate pan, dissolve jaggery in water to a thick syrup, 5 min.
  3. 3Off heat, pour syrup into the flour; add cardamom, nutmeg, sesame; mix fast before it sets.
  4. 4Press into a greased tray, top with almonds; cool 8 min and cut into squares.
