Method
- 1Combine mango, jaggery, salt, turmeric and water in a heavy pan; cook on medium 18 min, stirring, until syrupy.
- 2Stir in chilli, cumin and ginger powder; cook 3 min more.
- 3Cool fully; bottle and refrigerate up to 4 weeks.
