Method

  1. 1Hang curd in muslin cloth 4 hr in fridge — drain whey.
  2. 2Beat hung curd + sugar + cardamom till smooth.
  3. 3Gently mix in mango puree (do not over-beat or it turns runny).
  4. 4Bloom saffron in 1 tsp warm water; gently mix in.
  5. 5Chill 30 min.
  6. 6Top with nuts; serve cold — peak summer mango dessert.

About this recipe

Use coconut yoghurt + oil instead of ghee/curd to make vegan.
