Method
- 1Season chicken with paprika + garlic + onion + dill + salt.
- 2Heat oil + 1 tbsp butter; brown quickly chicken 5 min each side.
- 3Brush ranch dressing on top.
- 4Pour stock; gently bubble 5 min till sauce reduces.
- 5Off heat swirl remaining butter.
- 6Parsley + lemon; serve over rice or roasted veg.
