Method
- 1Squeeze jackfruit dry, shred with fork.
- 2Heat oil, fry onion + garlic + spices 3 min.
- 3Add jackfruit; brown quickly 5 min till edges cook until crunchy.
- 4Pour BBQ sauce + 1/4 cup water; gently bubble 15 min till sticky.
- 5Pile on toasted buns.
- 6Top with coleslaw + pickles.
