Method
- 1Season chicken with salt + pepper.
- 2Heat oil, brown quickly thighs 5 min each side till cooked.
- 3Remove; in same pan fry garlic 30 sec.
- 4Beat honey + soy + vinegar + chilli; pour in.
- 5Gently bubble 2 min till shiny coat with sticky liquid; return chicken to coat.
- 6Spring onions + sesame; serve over rice.
