Method

  1. 1Season chicken with salt + pepper.
  2. 2Heat oil, brown quickly thighs 5 min each side till cooked.
  3. 3Remove; in same pan fry garlic 30 sec.
  4. 4Beat honey + soy + vinegar + chilli; pour in.
  5. 5Gently bubble 2 min till shiny coat with sticky liquid; return chicken to coat.
  6. 6Spring onions + sesame; serve over rice.
