Method
- 1Cook pasta just firm; drain.
- 2Melt 3 tbsp butter; beat flour, cook 1 min (flour-butter base).
- 3Stir in milk, gently bubble to thicken 4 min.
- 4Off heat, gently mix in cheeses, mustard, paprika, salt, pepper.
- 5Toss pasta through; tip into baking dish.
- 6Toss breadcrumbs in melted butter; scatter; bake 200C 18 min till golden bubbly.
