Method
- 1Heat oil; fry onion + carrot + celery + garlic 5 min.
- 2Add thyme + oregano; pop.
- 3Pour stock; add chicken; gently bubble 18 min till chicken cooked; remove + shred.
- 4Add noodles; gently bubble 8 min till just firm.
- 5Return chicken; season with salt + pepper.
- 6Parsley + lemon; serve hot.
