Method
- 1Toss chicken + peppers + onion in fajita spice + salt.
- 2Heat 1 tbsp oil; brown quickly chicken 4 min; add veg, char 3 min.
- 3Lay tortilla; pile cheese + chicken-veg + salsa.
- 4Fold over.
- 5Heat butter on tava; grill 2 min each side till cook until crunchy + cheese melts.
- 6Slice; sour cream on side; coriander on top.
