Method
- 1Season chicken with herbs, paprika, salt; brown quickly in oil 4 min per side; slice.
- 2Melt butter; fry garlic 30 sec.
- 3Pour cream, gently bubble 2 min; stir in parmesan + pepper.
- 4Cook pasta just firm; reserve pasta water.
- 5Toss pasta + chicken through sauce; loosen with pasta water.
- 6Parsley; serve immediately.
