Method
- 1Fry onion + garlic in oil till soft.
- 2Stir in ketchup + molasses + Worcestershire + vinegar + spices.
- 3Add beans + stock + salt; gently bubble 5 min.
- 4Transfer to baking dish.
- 5Bake 180C 35 min covered, 15 min uncovered, till shiny and thick.
- 6Pair with cornbread or atop toast.
