Method
- 1Heat oven to 220C; toss broccoli florets with olive oil, paprika, chilli flakes, garlic and salt.
- 2Roast 18 minutes till deeply charred at the tips.
- 3Beat tahini, lemon, maple, salt and warm water to a pourable sauce.
- 4Plate broccoli, drizzle tahini sauce generously.
- 5Scatter almond slivers and dust sumac.
