Method

  1. 1Briefly boil sprouts in boiling water 60 seconds, drain and refresh in cold water — keeps the crunch.
  2. 2Combine sprouts with cucumber, tomato, red onion, carrot and green chillies.
  3. 3Add coriander, pomegranate and peanuts.
  4. 4Beat oil, lemon, chaat masala and black salt.
  5. 5Pour dressing over, toss gently.
  6. 6Eat within 20 minutes — the freshness is the whole point.
