Method
- 1Briefly boil sprouts in boiling water 60 seconds, drain and refresh in cold water — keeps the crunch.
- 2Combine sprouts with cucumber, tomato, red onion, carrot and green chillies.
- 3Add coriander, pomegranate and peanuts.
- 4Beat oil, lemon, chaat masala and black salt.
- 5Pour dressing over, toss gently.
- 6Eat within 20 minutes — the freshness is the whole point.
